Our Premier Women’s coach has not only been appointed the National Senior Women’s Head Coach for the next four years, but she has also been given the huge task of setting up the Centre of Excellence for Women’s Indoor Volleyball in Canberra as the Head Coach there as well.
We are, of course, sorry to see Shannon leave us, but we do know it is only a temporary absence and she will be back to coach the Bergers at some point in the future, around 2024.
We are very proud and happy for her in pursuing her volleyball dreams, so from all of us at Heidelberg we wish Shannon, Mark, Riley, Campbell and Brooklyn all the very best for their new adventure.
